1968 10, graduated from Hefei No.1 Middle School and moved to the countryside to settle down. June1970-July 1978 studied in Hefei University of Technology, majoring in automobile design and manufacturing. After graduation, he stayed on as a teacher and was the deputy director of the department. 1July 1978 to1June 1994, worked in Anhui Institute of Technology, and served as secretary of the Youth League Committee, secretary of the General Party Branch, director of personnel department, minister of organization department of the Party Committee and member of the Party Committee. 1June 1994 to present, served as vice president. /kloc-0 was rated as a senior political engineer in April, 1995. 1In April 1997, the Ministry of Education decided to merge Anhui Institute of Technology and Hefei University of Technology, serving as deputy secretary of the Party Committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission respectively. June 1999 was elected as the vice president of Anhui Women Intellectuals Association. 1999 was awarded the title of outstanding party and government leading cadres by the National Committee of China Education Trade Union in September.

On may 20th, 20 1 1, after research by the leading group of China's Ministry of Education, and reaching an agreement with the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, Comrade Jiang Shu was removed from the posts of deputy secretary, standing committee member and secretary of the discipline inspection commission of Hefei University of Technology. Comrade Jiang Shu enjoys the treatment of the main hall class after retirement.

He is currently the president of Wanbo Vocational College of Science and Technology.
