Cai Jing, the prime minister of the Northern Song Dynasty (Evonne), was the biggest prime minister in the whole Song Dynasty in recent fifteen years. He served as prime minister four times and was dismissed four times.

Cai Jing (1047- 1 126), a native of Xianyou, Fujian, is the first of the "six thieves" in Hui Zong. From the first year of Chongning (1 102) when he ascended the throne, Cai Jing was appointed as the right servant of Shangshu and assistant minister of Zhongshu, and ceased to be an official in the first year of Jingkang (1 126). In the past twenty years, Zhao Ji fired him four times and used him four times. Finally, Cai Jingnian was eighty years old, hard of hearing and stumbling.
