Cai Jing was the prime minister of which emperor?
Cai Jing, the prime minister of the Northern Song Dynasty (Evonne), was the biggest prime minister in the whole Song Dynasty in recent fifteen years. He served as prime minister four times and was dismissed four times.

Cai Jing (1047- 1 126), a native of Xianyou, Fujian, is the first of the "six thieves" in Hui Zong. At the time of "Yuan Geng", Sima Guang, who supported the conservative, abolished the exemption law and was reused. Shao Shengchu supported the reformists to revise the exemption law and continued to be reused. At both ends of the mouse, he is a despised opportunist. After Hui Zong ascended the throne, due to his bad reputation, he was illegally cut and lived in Hangzhou.

Eunuch Tong Guan went south to search for rare calligraphy and painting, and Cai Jing found a way to win over the imperial palace to worship, so that he could regain his position. From then on, Evonne kept his promise and sold everything like ecstasy. From then on, no matter how Cai Jing cracked down on dissidents, refused loyalty, stole power and made huge profits arbitrarily, Song Huizong always prized him and didn't doubt him.

Therefore, every time there was an anti-Cai agitation in the imperial court, although he had to be demoted because of the situation to calm public opinion, he was always reinstated quickly. From the first year of Chongning (1 102) when he ascended the throne, Cai Jing was appointed as the right servant of Shangshu and assistant minister of Zhongshu, and ceased to be an official in the first year of Jingkang (1 126). In the past twenty years, Zhao Ji fired him four times and used him four times. Finally, Cai Jingnian was eighty years old, hard of hearing and stumbling. Evonne still relied on this Alzheimer's patient until he abdicated.
