Huai Su (737-799, once called 725-785), born in Lingling, Yongzhou (now Lingling, Hunan), was a calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty. He is famous for "Weeds" and is known as the "sage in the grass" in history. Being a monk since childhood, I like calligraphy after meditation. And Zhang Xu, collectively referred to as "Dian Zhang Kuang vulgar". Huai Su's cursive script is thin and vigorous, flying naturally, like a whirlwind of showers. Huai Su and Zhang Xu formed two peaks of calligraphy in Tang Dynasty, and also two peaks in the history of cursive script in China. Handed down calligraphy works include autobiographical notes, notes of thousands of women, notes of bitter bamboo shoots, notes of Notre Dame, and essays on books.
As a classic handed down from ancient times, Huai Su's Grass Money Wen Zi was first discovered by scholar Huang Jinxiang in March 20 17. This "Thousand Characters" was originally a pasting paper (white linen paper), each page was 26.8 cm long and 13.5 cm wide; There are 9 pages, 42 lines (half of the original script) and 530 words. The envelope outside the post was inscribed with eleven characters by the old collector: "Huai Su Biography Ink" cursive thousand words ". Now it is hidden by Mr. Huang Jinxiang. This "Thousand-character cursive script" is the only work in Huai Su that regulates cursive script. In ancient times, it had the reputation of "a word is worth a thousand dollars", so it is also called "thousand-character paste", which is "the best grass in the world", in contrast to its first cursive script "self-narrative paste" There are several hidden fingerprints in the mail. When you open the whole post and overlook it, the handwriting as big as nails is dynamic and pleasing to the eye. Throughout the grass, the pen is thin and elegant; Echoing up and down, high spirits. The original paper of Huai Su's cursive script "Qian Zi Wen" is similar to his autobiography. Huai Su's cursive script, whether historical or documentary, is the only original handed down from generation to generation.
