From June 65438 to June 0965, Professor Zhao worked in Shangshui County, Henan Province. From June 65438 to June 0983, he worked as a middle school teacher, school organization and grass-roots education management. 1991August, admitted to northwest university of politics and law Law Department to study for a master's degree in criminal law. He studied under the late famous scholars Professor Zhou Baisen, Professor Xie Shibin, the contemporary famous scholar Professor Zhang Ruixing, the doctoral supervisor, and the president of northwest university of politics and law, Professor Chen Minghua, and served as the vice chairman of the Graduate Student Association of the Institute. 1June, 1994 After graduating from graduate school, he was assigned to Henan Provincial High Court to engage in criminal trial work, and was once rated as 1995 as an advanced worker of Henan Provincial Court. 1996 In August, he was admitted to the Law School of Wuhan University to pursue a doctorate in criminal law. He studied under Professor Ma Kechang, a famous jurist, and was awarded as an excellent doctoral student of Wuhan University for two consecutive years. 1999 After graduating from Ph.D. in June, he continued to engage in criminal trial for more than half a year and served as a first-class judge of the Higher People's Court of Henan Province. At the beginning of 2000, he was transferred to Zhengzhou University Law School and employed as an associate professor, engaged in teaching research and postgraduate guidance of criminal law. In June 2004, he was promoted to professor and served as a tutor for master students for a long time. After that, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Institute of Sociology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. His tutor is Professor Li Peilin, a famous sociologist in China and head of sociology department of China Academy of Social Sciences. In 2006, he served as Deputy Secretary-General of Changsha Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China as the "Hunan Doctor" program.
