What is the parity principle in your resume?
PAR principle is a principle when preparing a resume.

P stands for problem, which is an overall overview of personal background and work experience; A stands for action and the content of your work. R stands for results, which means your previous achievements, successes, etc.

The part of p is not important. If there is no bright spot, you can write part A directly. Part a is the key point. Write it out in detail, such as what problems you have solved and what contributions you have made. Remember to emphasize yourself. Finally, part R, you should clearly state the influence and result of what you have done, as well as your contribution and value in concise words. Through the PAR principle, we can sort out the logic in the resume and make it concrete and vivid.
