1) Job Title: Quality (QE) Engineer

2) Direct supervisor: Minister of Quality Assurance Department.

3) Direct subordinates: factory representatives and inspectors.

4) Qualification:

1. College degree or years of working experience in the same position;

2. Have basic knowledge of chemical engineering, machinery, quality, computer and application software, and have more than 3 years of quality management experience in plastic coating, evaporation or related industries; Familiar with quality control and management, ISO9000, ISO 1400 1 standard and operation.

3. Have good organization, management, coordination, communication, command and overall planning skills.

5) Main responsibilities and authority:

1. Organize relevant departments to formulate corrective and preventive measures and reply to customers in view of the quality abnormality complained by customers, and supervise and track the implementation process and effect;

2. Responsible for customer quality service;

3. Collect, summarize, feedback and track the abnormal information of quality evaluation in the process of new product introduction;

4. Confirmation of inspection standards for new customers and new products (same as customers);

5. Be responsible for formulating product inspection standards;

6. Handle, track, confirm, reply and collect abnormal customer complaints;

7. Guide the inspection methods and skills of process inspectors and operators;

8. Responsible for the collection and feedback of relevant quality information, as well as the compilation and submission of relevant information;

9. Responsible for signing and approving limited samples of incoming materials and process appearance;

10. In response to customer complaints, have the right to ask the responsible unit to formulate feasible improvement measures and implement them, and have the right to punish the responsible unit.

Evaluate the implementation effect;

1 1. Check the manufacturing process from time to time to confirm whether the inspection operation is carried out according to the inspection benchmark and QC engineering drawing.

12. Organize relevant personnel to train the inspection standards and key control items of new products;

13. Organize relevant personnel to review and analyze the nonconformities in the quality audit, and confirm the improvement effect.
