Demobilized military cadres are regimental in the army, regardless of their positions. After changing jobs, they all enjoy the treatment of department-level (county), mainly paying salaries to department-level cadres.
Regimental cadres are equivalent to local county-level leading cadres. Because of the different resettlement policies of demobilized cadres in different places, some arrange deputy county-level leadership positions, and some arrange deputy researchers (county-level deputy non-leadership positions).
Specifically, considering the adaptability of the work, there is basically no deputy magistrate or deputy secretary of any county (city) district. Generally, deputy secretary of the Party Committee or secretary of the Disciplinary Committee (head of the discipline inspection team) is arranged in a bureau of prefecture-level cities, and a few are arranged as deputy directors. Most of them are assigned to a bureau as non-leadership positions (deputy researchers).
They all enjoy county (department) level treatment, but they are all assigned to deputy county (department) level leadership positions or non-leadership positions.
Supplement: Considering the problem of post adaptation, demobilized cadres are generally assigned to deputy posts, and no "top leaders" are assigned. Deputy county (department, bureau) level, the treatment (only normal salary) is the county (department, bureau) level. The director of a prefecture-level city is also at the county (department) level.
