Personal profile of Zhao Zhiping
Zhao Zhiping, 1957, from Changzhou, Jiangsu. He studied in Nanjing Art Institute and Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting. Good at flower-and-bird painting. Currently, he is the deputy director of Jiangsu Provincial Art Museum, the first-class artist of Jiangsu Traditional Chinese Painting Academy, a member of China Artists Association, a member of China Gongbi Society, the deputy director of Jiangsu Artists Association's Flower and Bird Committee, the executive director of Jiangsu Artists Association, the vice president of Jiangsu Chinese Painting Society, the vice president of Jiangsu Flower and Bird Research Association, a member of Jiangsu Art Professional Senior Title Evaluation Committee, and the director of Jiangsu International Cultural Exchange Center. Former curator of Liu Haisu Art Museum.

Chinese painting won the Silver Award in the 4th Fine Exhibition, the Best Creation Award in Jiangsu Flower and Bird Exhibition, and the Bronze Award in the New Jiangsu Colorful Century China Exhibition. He has participated in the 8th National Art Exhibition, the May 23rd National Art Exhibition, the 300th China Painting Exhibition, the National Flower-and-Bird Art Exhibition, the 1st China Art Exhibition, the Modern Art Exhibition, the 92 International Ink and Wash Exhibition, the Canadian Maple Leaf Award International Ink and Wash Painting Competition, the 1st Jiangsu Art Festival China Art Exhibition, the 1st member boutique exhibition of China Artists Association, and the Fu Baoshi Prize. There are dozens of art exhibitions and activities such as Nanjing Ink Media Triennial. His works were collected by China Art Museum, Zhongnanhai, the State Council, enterprises and individuals, and three kinds of Zhao Zhiping's paintings were published. He has planned and participated in many provincial-level large-scale painting and calligraphy activities.
