In this paper, the cell differentiation of cyanobacteria was studied, some genes involved in the differentiation and format formation of heterotypic cells (specialized nitrogen-fixing cells) were identified, their functions were confirmed, and their regulatory relationship was studied, especially the hetZ gene directly regulated by the main regulatory factor HetR was found, which enriched the theory of heterotypic cell differentiation and format formation. The molecular mechanism of cold-resistant overwintering of cyanobacteria was studied. It was found that low-temperature pretreatment can greatly enhance the tolerance of cyanobacteria to cold light stress, and revealed the important role of α -vitamin E and RNA binding protein 1 in cold-induced cold light tolerance. Through the breeding of oil-producing microalgae, a number of excellent oil-producing microalgae strains were obtained.
