Bai Xuemei, female, was born in 1950, Xifeng City, Gansu Province. 1990 graduated from China Correspondence College of Painting and Calligraphy. He is currently an academician of Hanmo Painting and Calligraphy Institute, a consultant editor of Grand Ceremony of World Famous Painters in the Cross-century, a member of Shaanxi Old People Painting and Calligraphy Association, a member of China Petroleum Artists Association, a member of Changqing Bureau Artists Association, a member of China Painters Branch of World Artists Association, and a senior painter of Zhongyuan Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute. She likes art since she was a child. She practiced sketching flowers and birds from the small series "Mustard Garden", learned from others' strengths and painstakingly sought after them, which laid a good foundation for later meticulous painting.
