Word2007 and above can be converted into pdf files by themselves.

For versions below 2007, you can use third-party software or PDF conversion plug-ins.

Word20 10 is used here:

File-Save As can be converted to pdf format.

Step 1: Open the word document.

Step 2: As shown, click File-Save As.

Step 3: As shown in the figure, select the pdf type and click Save.
