Dr. Bai Chongliang 1993 joined Ogilvy & Mather Public Relations Company in Taiwan Province Province, and in 2003 1 was promoted to the position of Chairman of Ogilvy & Mather Integrated Marketing Communication Group in Taiwan Province Province. He has more than 20 years of experience as a professional communication consultant, and his role and ability as a professional communicator are highly recognized in both public and corporate fields. He not only served as an exchange consultant for many Taiwan Province and multinational enterprises, but also devoted himself to education for a long time.
