Resume: 1996, studying in Russian Language and Literature Department in Peking University; 1998 was admitted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in advance, and in the same year, he was sent to the Turkic Language Department of Bishkek Humanities University in Kyrgyzstan to study Kyrgyz; From 2000 to 20001,he worked in the Eurasian Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and from 20001to 2006, he worked in the research office of the Russian Embassy in China, successively serving as a clerk, attache and third secretary. From 2002 to 2004, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent in-service postgraduate students of Turkic history and culture from the Central University for Nationalities. 2005-2008, Ph.D. in Science, Society and International Communication, East China Normal University.
