Xia Jun, Ph.D., member of NLD, expert in information and communication economy management. He works in the School of Economics and Management of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and is also a member of the editorial board of the top international journals in this field, a guest editor, and a reviewer of several important international journals and conferences.
