Brief introduction of Liu Zhong.
Ph.D., Cambridge University, UK, and postdoctoral fellow, George Mei Sen University, USA. He is currently an associate professor, doctoral supervisor and director of the Institute of Industrial Economics, School of Business Administration, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Before I entered the academic circle, I worked in the telecommunications industry in China for eleven years and had rich management experience. I used to be the director of the new business development department of the telecom business department of Hunan Post and Telecommunications Administration, and the executive deputy director of the telecom business processing center of Hunan Telecom Company. At present, the main social part-time jobs are director of the Institute of International Communication, senior researcher of the Information Economy Research Group of George Mei Sen University, part-time researcher of Arlington Economic Consulting Company, member of American Economic Association and ACM, etc.
