Xi Nanhua, a mathematician, was born in March 1963. He was born in Qidong County, Hengyang City. He is an academician of China Academy of Sciences. He is currently the vice president of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the director of the Institute of Mathematics and System Science of China Academy of Sciences.
