Can the company terminate the labor contract if the employee's resume is falsified?
According to Item 1, Paragraph 1, Article 26 of the Labor Contract Law, if the other party enters into or changes a labor contract against its true meaning by means of fraud, coercion or taking advantage of the danger of others, the labor contract is invalid or partially invalid. Paragraph 5 of Article 39 of the Labor Contract Law also stipulates that if the labor contract is invalid due to the circumstances specified in Item 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 26 of this Law, the employer may terminate the labor contract.
