Some technical talents have jumped ship, and talents are extremely scarce. At the same time, the integration of resources and the reduction of mine closures are also the main reasons for the frequent job-hopping of mine technicians.
2.3 Management concept is backward. At present, many coal mine leaders pay insufficient attention to mechanical and electrical equipment, only pay attention to output, and fail to highlight the importance of mechanical and electrical equipment as a modern coal mine production. The mechanical and electrical management department is regarded as an auxiliary production work area, its responsibilities are diluted, its management system is not perfect, and sometimes its implementation is not in place; Mechanical and electrical management personnel have no actual authority and only deal with current production.

Safety supervision is generally a random inspection, which is arbitrary and lacks comprehensiveness and initiative. However, the current implementation standards sometimes do not have detailed operation instructions, and some even have certain room for manoeuvre, and there is no very accurate and clear boundary, which will inevitably lead to difficulties in the monitoring process.
3 coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment management measures should be taken
3. 1 increasing investment and optimizing advanced scientific and technological equipment of mechanical and electrical equipment are important guarantees and supports for coal mining enterprises to implement reliable working conditions, improve work efficiency, improve zero defect management level and avoid accidents. First of all, we should increase the investment in equipment funds, recover the relevant funds in full, and keep the novelty coefficient of equipment rising. Business technical training is an important basic work of electromechanical management. Trained personnel should not only learn the basic knowledge, but also learn the professional and technical knowledge needed for the current management, use and maintenance of equipment. 3.5 Strengthen the on-site management and reasonable maintenance of equipment, and pay special attention to the on-site management of mechanical and electrical equipment. First of all, we should give full play to the dual functions of production and management of mechanical and electrical departments, cooperate with enterprise management and safety supervision departments to do a good job in inspection and assessment, formulate standardized methods for mechanical and electrical management inspection and scoring, strictly implement the cadre attendance system, explosion-proof equipment inspection system and equipment maintenance system, and make on-site management have rules to follow. Secondly, we should strictly supervise, inspect and assess. All production functional departments should give full play to their own management functions, adhere to a standard and a ruler, and strictly control inspection and assessment, so that mechanical and electrical equipment can serve coal production at full capacity and with high efficiency. 4 conclusion
As an important work of enterprises, electromechanical management has been playing an important role. Therefore, the management of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment must start from the basic work, focus on improving the safety and reliability of mine mechanical and electrical equipment, do a good job in coal mine mechanical and electrical management by means of economic leverage, eliminate hidden dangers of mechanical and electrical accidents, and ensure the safe, reliable, efficient and stable development of enterprises.
