After all, the academic information and work experience on his resume are very real, and there is no suspicion of exaggeration and fraud.

However, a week later, HR of the new company regretfully informed him that the reply failed and the offer just sent out had to be taken back. He panicked and quickly told HR that it was impossible and asked the other party why it failed. But the other party refused to make it clear. Because he didn't want to be passed on, he chased HR for questioning. HR had to gently remind the candidate that he had done something that was not allowed by law.

Generally, a job resume only needs the last two job information, which mainly includes the company name, position, salary, entry time and the contact information of three colleagues (HR, colleagues at the same level and direct supervisor). Although some people require to fill in all work experience, the latter two items shall prevail in actual transfer.

After confirming the information and signing the ring-back tone authorization agreement, it officially enters the ring-back tone process. Different companies have slightly different callback methods. This method may be able to muddle through under the condition that the requirements of back tone are not so strict, but it may not work in the more serious back tone process, because the back tone method is not only to verify the past work experience one by one according to the contact information provided by the candidates, but also many means far beyond our imagination.

For example, in the company, in addition to calling the contact person, the identity of these people will be verified, such as looking at the certified enterprise information. If you have left the company, you will take out your previous work email with company information.

As for the post-adjustment team within a group, it is even more varied: first, applicants will be required to record the salary flow in the past year (compared with other families, usually screenshots), and even the social security payment records will be recorded and sent to the post-adjustment personnel.

If they are in doubt about the answers provided by their contacts, they will get information about some people in the company from their resumes through some channels, and then test whether the candidates know them, or even call those people directly to ask if they know the candidates. The strictness is amazing.

Since the resume can't be faked, so as long as 100% is filled in truthfully, will it be all right? The answer is no.

If colleagues in the last company give negative comments, especially if the boss denies the work ability of former subordinates, it is likely to cause a red light. It can be seen that besides doing your own work well, it is also important to have a good relationship with colleagues. They will put in a good word when they change jobs in the future. If you are unhappy, it is easy to make bad reviews.

After the turnaround, the entry process will be pushed to the next step, physical examination, and then entry. However, if it fails, the previous electronic offer will be invalid immediately. What's more, the candidate will enter the job blacklist of this company from now on, and the consequences will be very serious.
