Yu Liang (289 ~ 340) was a statesman and writer in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. Character ruler. A native of Yanling, Yingchuan, Eastern Jin Dynasty. Shi Li lived in the Eastern Jin, Yuan and Cheng Dynasties. Yu Liang is a representative of the Metaphysical School in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. Yu Liang once fought against Wang Dun and was trusted by Ming Di. After Ming Di's death, he became emperor with the help of testamentary edict and Wang Dao, and served as the official minister in charge of state affairs. Later, he served as the general of the day, the secretariat of Yuzhou, Jiang Jing and the secretariat of Yuzhou, and held important positions.

Ruan Ji (AD 2 10-263) is an heir. The Book of Jin called him "Liu Chenwei". In fact, he was from Ruanzhai Village, Pengdian Township, Yanling County. He advocated the ethereal and noble bamboo all his life, planted bamboo in his home in Ruanzhai village, invited poetry friends, and wrote poems to express his feelings after drinking heavily, in pursuit of an unconventional life interest.

As Yao Shun's teacher, Xu You is famous for his resignation, seclusion and all ears. He is the first hermit recorded in the history of China, and is called the originator of hermits. Xu You's noble character of rejecting Rong Lu and retiring modestly had an important influence on the formation of China hermit culture and even Taoist culture, and became a part of China's traditional cultural spirit. Xu You's reclusive thoughts, tastes and feelings constitute the spiritual character of China intellectuals.
