Zhang qi's personal profile
Professor Zhang Qi of Shaanxi Normal University. Professor Zhang Qi received a Bachelor of Science degree from East China Normal University in 2002 and a Doctor of Science degree from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007. From August 2007 to August 2009, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Uppsala University in Sweden.

Professor Zhang Qi's doctoral research direction is organic synthesis, which mainly includes: (1) synthesis of complex natural products artemisinin and peroxypropionic acid and their derivatives; (2) Design and synthesis of organic peroxides with antimalarial activity. During the postdoctoral period, he mainly engaged in: (1) peptide synthesis; (2) Design and synthesis of "peptide binding probes" for some important protein and functional enzymes in human body; (3) The binding force between the synthesized probe and protein was detected by fluorescence and SPR technology.

At present, Professor Zhang Qi's research group is mainly devoted to the synthesis of small organic molecules, oligosaccharides and peptides with potential biological activities. At present, he is in charge of Ministry of Education 1 Doctoral Foundation (20 100202 120002) and Shaanxi Province 1 Natural Science Foundation (20 10Q200 1).
