A Brief Introduction to the Director of Far-off Villages
From 65438 to 0947, the Northeast People's Liberation Army won great victories in fierce battles. Due to the need of work, Wang Hanlong and his wife Zhang Juan were sent by the provincial president to work in Taohuachuan, a remote and complicated new district. In the Taoshan county party secretary's office, they met Qin Erhu, a militia in the east village of Taohuachuan District, and took Qin Erhu's car to Taohuachuan. On the way, they learned about the disunity of fellow villagers in order to build the dam. In the district, Wang Hanlong and Liang Chengzhong, assistant of the district, went to the village and saw the fields dry and the seedlings withered. They decided to hold a meeting the next day to study and solve the problem. Dongbatian, the bully landlord in the village, his daughter Sun Xiumei, and Li Jianduan, a Kuomintang spy, conspired to provoke stubborn old people to make trouble and undermine the unity of the two villages in order to deal with Wang Hanlong, the head of the new district. Sure enough, the stubborn old man jumped out at the meeting to discuss the drought-resistant dam repair in East Village, trying to disrupt the meeting. Wang Hanlong realized the key to the problem and began to study the solution. People from Nishimura came to build the dam, and Kuomintang agents took the opportunity to stir it up. As a result, the chairman of Nishimura was killed, and Wang Hanlong arrived in time to calm the storm. Wang Hanlong held a meeting of cadres and activists, asking everyone to carry out ideological work and promote dam repair. He and his wife, Zhang Juan, went to their hometown to persuade the stubborn old man not to be used, and warned Dongbatian to be honest. Their persuasion enabled the dam repair work to go smoothly and win. At night, Dongbatian and spy Li Jianduan prepared to blow up the dam, but the highly vigilant militia foiled their plot. Autumn is a harvest scene, and farmers have harvested their own food. The stubborn old man who turned over a new leaf reviewed his mistakes to Wang Hanlong and told him the secret that Dongbatian and Li Jiandou wanted to set fire to crops. Wang Hanlong immediately organized a militia to wipe out the saboteurs. A year later, the provincial president visited Taohuachuan. At the meeting to celebrate the harvest, he praised Wang Hanlong, the district governor, for his conscientious and responsible work spirit and the villagers' active work, and encouraged everyone to actively produce and support the front line, and strive to completely defeat the U.S. imperialism and Kuomintang reactionaries and build a new China.
