It was named 17.5 because the US Department of Agriculture defined the sugar-acid ratio of Grade A orange juice as 12.5-20.5, taking into account the importance of acidity in oranges.
Thin skin and big meat, full meat, sufficient water, less pomace, rich in fruit acids such as citric acid, malic acid and succinic acid, which is beneficial to human health.
Precautions:
Nongfu Spring has formulated 4 standard systems, 34 operating procedures, 79 control items and 148 monitoring items for fresh fruits, and established an intelligent navel orange screening system.
Before picking, Nongfu Spring will randomly take samples from each orchard, including 2 samples from each tree, including external fruits and internal fruits, and more than 20 samples from each orchard. Only when the ratio of sugar to acid meets the requirements can the fruit be picked.
Navel oranges will be transported to Xinfeng factory for sorting within 24 hours after picking. On the automatic production line, take 40 photos of each orange and accurately measure the area of each scar. Intelligent classification is carried out by automatic weighing induction system, and each orange is measured and reclassified. Then, each orange is scanned with non-destructive infrared rays to determine the sugar-acid ratio.
After a standardized sorting process, the skin and head of each orange should be uniform.
