The subordinate enterprises mainly include Haishiwan Coal Power Plant, No.1 Mine and No.3 Mine of Tianzhu Coal Mine, and there are many auxiliary units, including diversified operating companies, life service companies, infrastructure companies, education offices, railway transportation offices and power distribution companies.
