To attract the attention of HR, you might as well just pick a few words and give a simple example to prove one behind them.
You say you like reading, you can say that you usually pay attention to those financial publications, websites, forums and so on.
You said you had strong organizational skills. You can say that you independently organized such and such activities, which got a good response in the department and was praised by the school.
You said that your writing level is good, so you can say that you are good at writing practical articles and various reports.
In addition, don't write about specialties and hobbies that have nothing to do with the position. For example, football, KTV, these specialties and hobbies need you to have the opportunity to show them at work in the future, not in your resume. Writing too much will make your resume unfocused.
