Maybe you will think, I want to work in this company all my life, and I will not change my job, so I don't have to be selected by other companies. But now that the whole world is developing so fast, do you think you can retire in this company? Or can your company last until you retire? As a result, either you are eliminated by the company or your company is eliminated by the market.

You have to say that I am in the "iron rice bowl" unit! But look at our parents' generation, the iron rice bowl is not so good. It is better to control the career direction more realistically than to hand it over to God or others.

First of all, you should have the consciousness of "clearing the field". Third, be a trustworthy and reliable person in the workplace. Most of us belong to this category, we can't be top-notch, and we are not scarce talents. So if we are not good, will we be out? Not necessarily, ordinary people may be doing ordinary jobs, but we can make ourselves a trustworthy and reliable workplace person with rich work experience and sufficient qualifications and abilities. In other words, in the workplace, we should try our best to make our bosses and customers feel at ease when they see you taking this job.
