Responsible for the powertrain development and application of the intake and exhaust system. Report to the chief teacher (technical manager).

Job description:

1. According to the vehicle/model entered into the exhaust system design.

2. Support CAE analysis based on air intake and exhaust system, audit analysis and improve design scheme.

3. Complete and publish the 3 d model and 2 d drawings of the components/assemblies of the intake and exhaust system.

4. Support the product development and sample production of the supplier's air intake and exhaust system.

5. Complete engineering documents. Technical agreements include BOM, DFMEA, suppliers, design specifications, etc.

6. Support the cost control department to realize the cost control of the air intake and exhaust system.

7. Support prenatal test design/quantity. Including providing samples, test plans, audit reports and design improvements.
