Yang Liwei's resume

Yang Liwei, male, Han nationality, from Suizhong County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, with a university degree. Born in February1June, 965, with a height of1.68m, he is a special astronaut of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Major General. He is currently the deputy director of China Astronaut Research and Training Center.

1983 was admitted to the eighth flight academy of the air force, and then participated in the physical examination of 1996 astronauts.

1998 65438+ 10, how 13 outstanding air force pilots became the first generation of astronauts in China. Because the astronaut brigade belongs to the final assembly, it was changed to the army at that time.

In July, 2003, after being evaluated by the astronaut selection and evaluation committee of manned spaceflight project, he was awarded the qualification of third-class astronaut with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

At 9: 00 Beijing time on June 65438+1October 65438+May 2003, Yang Liwei went into space for the first time by the Shenzhou 5 spacecraft carried by the Long March II F rocket. His pioneering work with technical experts made China the third country to master manned space technology.

From June 5438+1October 65438+May 2003, Yang Liwei was promoted to the rank of colonel.

Before and after the Spring Festival in 2004, he was promoted to the rank of senior colonel.

On February 9, 2004, Yang Liwei was awarded an honorary doctor of science degree by the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Asteroid 2 1064 was named after Yang Liwei.

In 2005, Yang Liwei became the deputy director of China Astronaut Research and Training Center.

In June 2007, he was elected as an alternate member of the Central Committee in The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

On July 22, 2008, he was promoted to the rank of Major General. Realize China's dream of manned space flight

On the morning of June 65438+1October 65438+May, 2003, Yang Liwei entered the spacecraft in an orderly manner according to the prescribed procedures and carried out various inspections before launch.

At 8: 59, Commander No.0 gave the password "1 minute preparation". The rocket is about to ignite, and there is tension in the command hall. Many people who watched the launch of the spacecraft were so nervous that they couldn't even get out of the atmosphere. Everything seemed to freeze in an instant.

Yang Liwei watched the front safely in the spaceship, quietly waiting for the brilliant moment. Medical monitoring instruments show that Yang Liwei's heart rate is 76 beats/min. According to foreign data, before the launch, the hearts of astronauts generally accelerated due to excitement or nervousness, and some reached 140 beats/minute.

There are clear passwords in the command hall: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6 ... At this time, the picture of Yang Liwei giving a standard military salute to everyone appeared on the screen, and the audience immediately applauded. An old expert was so excited that tears filled his eyes that he kept saying, "Well done, Yang Liwei!"

The spaceship entered space orbit. At this moment, Yang Liwei suddenly felt as if his body was floating. He was soberly aware that the spaceship had escaped from the gravity of the earth and came to space. Before he could experience the wonderful feeling of weightlessness, he felt as if his head had been turned upside down, which was very uncomfortable. He realized that this was an illusion in weightlessness in space. If it is not overcome in time, it is likely to induce "space motion sickness" and affect the completion of the task. He used his usual training methods and with tenacious will, forced himself to consciously confront and overcome this illusion, and soon adjusted it and returned to normal.

The spaceship is flying. Outside the porthole, the sun shines brightly on the solar panel of the spacecraft, and below is the beautiful home of mankind. The blue earth is covered with faint clouds, and the long coastline is clearly discernible, with continents and oceans.

The spaceship circled the earth at high speed for 90 minutes. One day, one night. Between black and white, the edge of the earth seems to be inlaid with beautiful Phnom Penh, and the scenery is very charming. Yang Liwei picked up the camera and quickly took a spectacular view. He couldn't help feeling a strong sense of pride that he had never felt before. He was proud of China people flying into space. He solemnly wrote in the flight manual, "For the peace and progress of mankind, China people came to space!" Words.

On the seventh lap of the spacecraft, he displayed the national flag of China and the United Nations flag in space, expressing the good wishes of the people of China for the peaceful use of space and the benefit of all mankind.

Foreign media and astronaut colleagues also thought it was a perfect flight.

Yang Liwei's outstanding performance in space flight made the world sit up and take notice of the space heroes of China and China.

"Shenzhou 5"

Shenzhou 5 spacecraft is the first manned spacecraft developed by China on the basis of unmanned spacecraft. The spacecraft consists of orbital module, return module, propulsion module and additional parts, with a total length of 8860 mm and a total weight of 7840 kg. The manual control function of the spacecraft and the subsystem of environmental control and life support provide a guarantee for the safety of astronauts. During the whole flight, we will provide the astronauts with necessary living and working conditions, and send the astronauts' physiological data and TV images to the ground to ensure the astronauts' safe return. An automatic fault detection system and an escape system are added for the first time. Among them, there are hundreds of failure modes, which will automatically alarm in case of danger. Even after the launch of the spacecraft for a period of time, you can get out of danger by avoiding the rocket.

On June 9th, 65438+10/October 65438+May, 2003, the Long March 2F rocket carrying Shenzhou 5 was launched and landed safely at Gulang Grassland in A Mu, Central Inner Mongolia at 6: 28 the next day.

This successful launch marks that China has become the third country capable of sending a man into space by itself.
