In order to ensure the orderly organization of the contest, exercise the students' comprehensive ability, better display and publicize the participating universities, classmates, teams and entries, and let more students go deep into the contest from multiple angles and directions, the contest set up a volunteer team. Under the guidance and support of the organizing committee of the competition, the volunteer team will help the participating college students to better understand the rules of the competition and the needs of enterprises, improve their professional ability, and show their abilities and elegant demeanor.
Volunteers in this competition are divided into eight groups according to their functions: official website Community Management Group, Special Observer Group, University Network Platform Group, School Media Reporter Group, Editorial Planning Group, Market Research Group, Outreach Group and Tool Platform Development Group. Volunteers choose to apply according to their personal strengths and interests, and the organizing Committee will give them more tasks and authority according to their performance.
In the preparatory stage before the start of the contest, the organizing committee of the contest has received enthusiastic registration from students from universities all over the country. After reviewing the relevant information of the applicants, the organizing committee of the contest selected the list of volunteers for the fourth contest by means of online interview and telephone interview. These volunteers will participate in the relevant work of the organizing committee of the competition and have more opportunities to communicate with business leaders, university teachers and business mentors.
