2. Weichi Gong (585—658), a native of Shuyang, Shuozhou (now Shuocheng District, Shanxi Province), was a general of the Tang Dynasty and one of the twenty-four outstanding figures of Lingyange. Weichi Gong and Qin Qiong are two traditional goalkeepers in China. At the end of Sui Dynasty, he joined the army in Yangyang, and was famous for his bravery and good fighting skills. He was awarded a medical service for North Korea. In 6 17, Liu Wuzhou fell ill and Wei Chijingde was recruited as a partial general.
