When is the high forest fire risk period?
Define the forest fire prevention period. In 2022, the period of forest fire prevention in the whole province is 1 October 1 to May 3 1, in which February1to May 3 1 is the high incidence period of forest fire. City (state), county (city, district) people's government can be combined with the actual area, extend the forest fire prevention period and high fire risk period, announced to the public, and reported to the people's government at the next higher level and the forest fire prevention headquarters for the record.

Delineate forest fire prevention zones. Forest fire prevention zones and forest high fire danger zones shall be designated by local people's governments at or above the county level and announced to the public.

Issue a fire ban in due course. During the forest fire prevention period, when high-risk weather such as high temperature, drought and strong wind is predicted, the local people's governments at or above the county level shall issue a fire ban order in time to prohibit all wild use of fire; The use of fire by residents who may cause forest fires should be strictly managed.

Strict field fire control. During the forest fire prevention period, the following provisions shall be observed:

(a) it is forbidden to smoke, burn paper, burn incense, light candles, set off fireworks, light lanterns, burn bees, burn mountains for hunting, light fires for heating, have picnics, burn garbage and other unproductive fires in the forest fire prevention area;

(two) in the forest fire prevention area, it is really necessary to use fire in the field, and it shall apply to the local people's government at the county level according to law. After examination and approval, it shall be organized and implemented by the person in charge at the designated time, place and site. Live-fire drills, blasting and other activities in forest fire prevention areas shall be approved by the forestry administrative department of the provincial government and necessary fire prevention measures shall be taken;

(three) set up checkpoints and forest fire warning signs at the entrances and exits of forest highway, state-owned forest farms, various nature reserves and scenic spots, and set up a "fire prevention code". All personnel and vehicles entering the forest fire prevention zone must scan the code for registration, accept fire prevention inspection, and voluntarily hand over the fire source to the checkpoint for safekeeping. It is strictly forbidden to bring kindling or inflammable and explosive materials into the forest fire prevention zone. It is strictly forbidden for drivers such as trains and motor vehicles to discard fire in forest fire prevention areas.

Article 8 the State Council and the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may, in accordance with the provisions of the state on the autonomy of ethnic autonomous areas, implement more preferential policies for forest protection and forestry development in ethnic autonomous areas.
