1959 graduated from zhalantun forestry school, and now he is the chief and researcher of the science and technology department of the municipal forestry research institute, the representative of the seventh national people's congress of the autonomous region, the representative of the fourth party congress of the autonomous region and the representative of the eighth national people's congress. 1984 was awarded the title of "National Advanced Worker in Agroforestry Science and Technology Extension" by the State Agriculture Commission, Science and Technology Commission, Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries and Ministry of Forestry, 1986, 1989 was awarded the title of "Model Worker" in the first phase of "Three North" Shelterbelt, autonomous region 1989.
