Chi Shuangming, pen name Donglizi, 1968 was born in Handan City, Hebei Province. 1992 graduated from the Chinese Department of Jilin University, majoring in Chinese language and literature, worked as a kindergarten teacher in Handan Iron and Steel Company, and was an editor of Handan Iron and Steel Daily.
