199 1 September-1July, 1995, studied at the Law School of Henan University, and obtained a bachelor's degree in law; 1994- 1995 (the last year of undergraduate course) was selected by the school to study in the Law School of Renmin University of China.

From September 2000 to July 2003, he obtained a master's degree in criminal law from Henan University.

From September 2005 to July 2008, he studied for a doctorate in Southwest University of Political Science and Law, studied under Professor Chen, and obtained a doctorate in law.

In July 2009, he joined the School of Law of Beijing Normal University for postdoctoral research, and his co-tutor was Professor Zhang, a doctoral supervisor of Beijing Normal University.

From June 5438 to February 2009, he served as director of the Institute of Crime Control and Criminal Policy, a key research institution of Henan University.

On February 20 10, he served as the executive editor of Journal of Henan University (Social Science Edition).
