Ye Fei (1914.5.7—1999.418), formerly known as Ye Qiheng and formerly known as Ye Chen, was a military strategist and politician. Originally from Jin Tao Town, Nan 'an City, Fujian Province, he was born in Quezon Province. He is the only founding general in China with dual nationality. [ 1-2]

Ye Fei returned to China to study in his early years, and began to take part in secret revolutionary work during his studies. /kloc-0 officially joined China in March, 1932, and participated in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation successively.

1955 was awarded the rank of general, 1988 was awarded the first-class August 1st Medal, the first-class Independent Freedom Medal and the first-class Red Star Meritorious Medal. [2]
