Li He (375-457), whose name is Shun Fu, was born in the Qin Dynasty in Maiko. Records of Nanyang Prefecture recorded that he became a monk at the age of 28. When he entered, an aristocratic scholar taught him the secret of practicing Dan, and he lived in Tangling Cave in Nanyang for 19 years. Tao is exquisite and quite effective. Emperor Xiaowu of Song Dynasty died in the first year of Daming. In the 13th year of Zhenguan reign (639), Emperor Taizong was awarded the title of "kindness of real people".
