Mr. Wang is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shouhua Securities Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen Shouhua"), which is one of the major stock information service companies in China. Prior to this, Mr. Wang had established (1) Shenzhen Guangxin Investment Co., Ltd. (investment company); (2) Shenzhen Fumeng Network Technology Co., Ltd. (an information technology network company); And (3) Shenzhen Huatian Film and Television Communication Co., Ltd. (audio and video production company).

Since Mr. Wang Wenming was appointed as the chairman of Shenzhen Shouhua, under his leadership, Shenzhen Shouhua's income and profits have continued to grow, which has been widely recognized by the industry. Therefore, Shenzhen Shouhua was selected as "Top 100 Taxpayers in Futian District" by Shenzhen Futian District Government in 2003 and 2004, and the annual tax payment exceeded10 million yuan. Because of his outstanding ability and great contribution to the government of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, Mr. Wang Wenming was elected as the representative of the Fourth People's Congress of Shenzhen, the vice president of Shenzhen Futian Entrepreneur Association of China and the vice president of Shenzhen Futian Enterprise Federation of China since 2005. In 2006, Mr. Wang Wenming was also awarded "Supporting Party Building Entrepreneur" by Shenzhen Municipal Committee.
