Campus environment of Chongqing Jiangjin Jukui Middle School
Jukui Campus is the most perfect forest school in Chongqing and even the whole country, with nearly 200 national protected trees. On campus, there are unique large and small black stones, countless ancient and famous trees, famous flowers and herbs, rare birds and birds, more than 70 celebrity ink stone sculptures, Chongqing cultural relics protection unit "Jukui Academy", Sichuan main temple in Ming Dynasty, and the Henian Hall where Chen Duxiu gave his last speech. It is in harmony with pools, bridges, monuments and pavilions all over the mountain. Precious and rich natural and cultural heritage plays a powerful and subtle role in comprehensively improving students' quality.

Heishishan Jukui Campus, with beautiful scenery, is famous in East Sichuan. It is recorded in Ci Hai, China Dictionary of Places of Interest and Tourist Maps of the United States.

The main temple in Sichuan and Baofeng Temple in Ming Dynasty were built on this mountain forest, but they were just a small religious temple garden. Although the incense is full, it is not known to the outside world. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, some scribes began to appreciate the beautiful scenery here, leaving inscriptions such as "Hangu" and "First View". Baisha Town developed rapidly in the late Qing Dynasty and became one of the four major towns in Sichuan, which stimulated people's demand for cultural education. As a result, the dense jungle and strange Blackstone here attracted the attention of people of insight and were considered as reading resorts. They decided to study here, went through all kinds of hardships, founded Jukui Academy, and developed into the later Jukui School.

After Blackstone Mountain started school, it became a campus. The school began to cultivate flowers and trees, dig ponds and build pavilions, build mountain roads and carry out garden construction. With the growth of Jukui's fame, scholars from all over the world increased, and the scenery of Blackstone was gradually known to the world. 19121kloc-0/0 In October, Wu was appointed as the propaganda ambassador of the central government and visited Sichuan and Baisha. Alumni Wu (graduated from 19 10), after traveling around the country, praised Jukui Campus and said, "As far as the same school is concerned, there is no better scenery than this." He also said: "The victory of mountains and rivers lies in the schools in Sichuan. A poem is interesting and most attractive. " Alumni Zhou Kaiqing (graduated from 19 19) quoted this passage in an article written by 1970 in Taiwan Province province, saying that it was "no exaggeration". Alumni Xiao Xiang, Deng, Wu, Deng Shaoqin and Kang formed an indissoluble bond with Blackstone Jukui Campus, and were buried here according to their wishes after their death.

Over the past hundred years, Jukui Campus has also experienced ups and downs. In the years after 19 19, the Guizhou army took control of the political situation in Jiangjin and arbitrarily changed the headmaster, resulting in chaos in the school. 192 1 February, Yang Xueyuan was appointed as the principal. After taking office, I immediately cut down a large number of trees on the hillside under various excuses, and protecting the school forest is one of them. Yang was forced to step down because of the debt of Chongqing Alumni Association. Later, warlords scuffled, and bandits in the four townships took the opportunity to rise. In order to avoid chaos, Jukui moved to Baisha Town at the beginning of 1922. The first battalion commander of Guizhou Army is stationed in Heishishan. They wantonly destroyed the school garden, and most of the original ancient trees were cut down at this time.

/kloc-at the beginning of 0/926, after Jukui moved back to Heishi Mountain, Deng Henian and Deng raised huge sums of money to rebuild the garden. In the past two years, teachers and students have been mobilized to plant seven or eight thousand plants with red blight and thousands of miscellaneous trees such as Cinnamomum camphora, Plum Blossom and Wei Zi, especially chrysanthemums. Chrysanthemum parties are held in autumn every year, and school celebrations, friendly meetings or crop exhibitions are also held at the same time. During this period, stone tables, pavilions and pools were also built and engraved on the cliff, adding humanistic color to the garden. After ten years of hard work, except for the towering old trees, the forests around the mountains have become very dense. Under the Hangu Pass, hundreds of Wei Zi and hundreds of plum blossoms (some of which are very precious in Luyue and Di Zi) have become forests, which are particularly eye-catching.

After the beginning of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, the Central Library, the Museum of Ethnic Editors and other cultural units moved to Baisha, and the National Women's Teachers College was established. The number of teachers and students in primary and secondary schools in East Sichuan Normal University and No.21No.17 Middle School for Nationalities has reached 10,000, and the number of people visiting Heishi Mountain has greatly increased. Chen Duxiu, Liang Shuming, Cheng Ximeng, etc. all stayed here, and Jiang, Xie Tiao Chu, Zhu Cao, Li Jingnong, She Xueman and others often visited here. Feng Yuxiang, Wei, and many other celebrities have also visited here, and wrote a lot of poems and songs, which spoke highly of the landscape of Blackstone Mountain. Zhejiang Gui (director of the Central Library, who later went to Taiwan to be the director of the Palace Museum) praised "the beauty of the peaks and the beauty of Shui Mu". Anhui Jing Cheng (a professor at Central University) praised "the black stone is wrong, the ancient trees are towering, the birds are singing, and this is also true." Zhou Guangwu of Hunan Province (professor of Wuhan University and former president of Jukui) also wrote: "It's a mountain, but the strange stone is not right. Ancient trees are towering, and pine trees are empty because of the wind. Other mosses are suitable for cloud roots, grass color invades people, and birds are full of ears. If you draw a mountain, you won't get help from people. " Tang Guizhang, a poetess, wrote a description of "Wei Zihong went all the way to Ran Ran, and Chengcheng Huang hung for thousands of miles" in Xiaoxing 'anling Little Xisha. Writer Li once said: "I came to Baisha to see plum blossoms at the invitation of my friends." I heard that there are 300 "(later I stayed in Baisha and taught at Women's Teachers College). After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the school gradually declined, but the campus style remained relatively intact until the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC).

The county people's government has always been concerned about the protection of Heishishan landscape architecture. When chengdu-chongqing railway 1950 was built, relevant engineering units sent people to cut down trees to make sleepers. County magistrate Wang Zhao heard the news and immediately rode to stop it. 1958 during iron and steel smelting, there were districts and townships nearby, and 100 people went up the mountain to prepare for logging and ironmaking. Ling, secretary of the county party Committee, immediately ordered not to move a tree or a stone, and Heishishan Garden was preserved.

After the Cultural Revolution began, the cultural relics and trees on campus were also devastated. During the period of "Breaking the Four Old Houses", the school staff concentrated on their study and work, while the general staff in charge of daily affairs stayed behind and hired people to chisel out almost all the stone carvings (only a few hidden inscriptions survived and were not found). Due to the long-term unattended chaos in the school, someone took the opportunity to steal Lin Muming, except for the towering stone trees, which lost nearly half. Most of the borders are conifers and cypresses. The loss of flowering trees is particularly serious, and the forests of Meilin and Wei Zi have been swept away. Some landscape stones have also been dug away. The Chiting School Building was also in ruins. Only natural features are still largely preserved.

After 1980, the county government began to pay attention to the protection, restoration and development of Heishi Mountain landscape. Song Zhengqi, the county magistrate, regarded this work as one of the important affairs during his term of office, and Cheng Zhiming, the deputy director of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection (18 alumni), went all out for it. 198 1 In May, the county planning commission held a symposium on the protection and restoration of the landscape of Heishishan. On May 24th, the county government issued a protection notice and began to allocate special funds for the cultivation and restoration of Jiuqu Pool. 1982, the county government issued two more notices. Protect birds in Blackstone Mountain and prohibit quarrying in Blackstone Mountain. Later, the county planning commission held several symposiums and reached an agreement on the construction process. The County Urban Construction Bureau drew up the overall plan for the construction of Heishi Mountain, and allocated funds to build the Siyuan Pool for Drinking Water, Eagle Mouth Pavilion, Garden, Qisheng Pavilion and Heishi Mountain Gate. The county government and the county education bureau allocate funds every year. Coupled with the self-financing of the school, the library building, teaching building, dormitory, roads and some scenic spots have been built, and the Jukui campus has taken on a new look. The government and the school also invited calligraphers Hou, Xu Bojian, Mao Feng, Xiao Jiahui and alumni Deng Shaoqin to write books to supplement the original inscriptions. Part of the new book was engraved on the cliff. The school also held a Spring Festival painting and calligraphy exhibition at 1984. Therefore, the scenic cultural relics of Blackstone Mountain have attracted the attention of all parties.

Every year around the Spring Festival, May Day and National Day, Blackstone Mountain is full of tourists, mostly from schools, factories, mines and groups in Chongqing, Yongchuan and Hejiang, except the county seat. Leaders from inside and outside the province, An Faxiao, Huang, Ding, and local leaders Bai Lanfang, Wang Zhao, Meng Guanghan, Liu Wenquan, and Sun Tongchuan visited here successively, and a number of celebrities in the cultural and educational circles such as Wang Qili, Zhong Dianwen, and Liang Shangquan also visited here first and left poems.

Since 198 1, China National Radio and Television Station, sctv and Chongqing TV Station have repeatedly broadcast articles about the scenery of Blackstone Mountain. During the period of 1984, the city audio-visual education center came to the mountain to shoot the TV film "Scenery of Blackstone", and dozens of articles about Jukui and Blackstone Mountain were published in more than ten newspapers such as Sichuan Daily, Chongqing Daily, Digest Weekly, Nanjing Weekend and Sichuan Pictorial.

During the Anti-Japanese War, Professor Shexueman, the dean of Sherman College of Art and Literature in Hong Kong, who gave lectures in Jukui for many times, learned about the recent situation of Blackstone Mountain and wrote a book plaque for Ask Mei Ting. In April of 1984, on the occasion of his 70th birthday, he personally wrote a book, printed many volumes, and returned this excellent calligraphy to everyone.

The vast number of alumni have deeper feelings for the campus, and there is an endless stream of letters and inquiries. Many articles about Blackstone Mountain are written by alumni. Although the alumni studying in Taiwan Province Province are far away from the mainland, they are also very attached to the campus. 1978 Alumni Cao Zhongyue wrote the article "Remembering My Alma Mater-Jukui Middle School" and 1986 Alumni Bian Boli wrote the article "Remembering Blackstone Mountain", both of which were published in Taiwan Province Friendship magazine. Since Taiwan Province Province opened to visiting relatives, more than 10 alumni have returned to school, including Cao Zhongyue, He Zhenchi, Bian Boli, Zhang Zhijun and Li Sennong.

1990 at 4: 00 p.m. on July 30, the campus was hit by the worst storm in a century. The maximum wind speed 10 or above, 63 trees were destroyed, and more than 2,000 young trees, bamboos and flowers were destroyed. Buildings and other building facilities have also suffered considerable damage. After the news came out, all walks of life showed great concern. Xiao Zuxiu, vice mayor, and Kang, county magistrate, all came to inspect quickly, and the cities and counties allocated 59,000 yuan for support. Nearby sugar factories, hydropower plants, linoleum factories and other units also immediately gave human and material help. After the rescue, except for the damaged trees, the campus is basically intact and cannot be restored in a short time.
