Kong Fanping, female, Han nationality, born in June of1969/kloc-0, a native of Laiwu, Shandong, joined the work in July of 199 1 and joined China in June of 1996. She is a researcher with a postgraduate degree. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics, a master's degree in management and a doctor's degree in management from Shandong University, and a master's degree in business administration from Wright State University.

He is currently the deputy secretary of Weihai Municipal Committee, mayor and party secretary of Weihai Municipal Government. [ 1][2]
