Hunan university of arts and science is a full-time undergraduate college sponsored by Hunan Provincial People's Government. The school started from Changde Teachers College founded by 1958. In 1999, 1999, the former Changde Teachers College merged with the former Changde Teachers College to form Changde Teachers College, which was upgraded to an undergraduate college. Changde Vocational and Technical College is a comprehensive higher vocational college organized by Hunan Provincial People's Government, supervised by Changde Municipal People's Government and managed by Hunan Provincial Department of Education. The school was formed by the merger of Changde Normal School and Taoyuan Normal School. Hunan Golf Tourism Vocational College is a higher vocational college approved by Hunan Provincial People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. The school, formerly known as hunan international economics university Qingshui Lake Campus, was founded in 2005 and was independently established as Hunan Golf Tourism Vocational College on October 20-0. At present, there are five secondary teaching units: golf education college, information and engineering college, art and basic education college, tourism management college and five-year college department.
