Zhao Haifeng, male,1born in February, 1977, is from Wuzhi, Henan, Han nationality, party member, CPC. In March 2008, he graduated from Jiangnan University majoring in fermentation engineering with a doctorate in engineering. In May 2008, he worked in the College of Light Industry and Food Science. In September 20 12, he was promoted as an associate researcher, and in July 20 13, he was approved as a tutor for master students.

Mainly engaged in food biotechnology, food flavor chemistry and other fields of research and teaching, specifically related to food fermentation and metabolic control technology, food flavor evaluation and stability technology, food quality and safety evaluation and control technology, natural product chemistry, protein chemistry and bioactive peptides.

In recent five years, he has presided over 9 scientific research projects (including 6 at or above the provincial level) and participated in 10 scientific research projects at or above the provincial level. As the project leader, he presided over the National Natural Science Foundation/KOOC-0/project, two sub-projects of the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan, the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan/KOOC-0/project, the National 863 Project/KOOC-0/project, the Guangdong-Hong Kong Key Breakthrough Project/KOOC-0/project, and the Zhongshan Industry-University-Research/KOOC-0/project. As a core member, he participated in the National Natural Science Foundation 1 project, the National "863"1project, 2 national science and technology support plans and 6 Guangdong science and technology plans.

Published 85 high-level papers in core journals at home and abroad, including 58 papers included in SCI(EI). We applied for 27 national patents, authorized invention patents 17 and utility model patents 1. Completed the appraisal of provincial scientific and technological achievements 1, and won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress in 2065 (438+03), the first prize of Guangdong science and technology in 2065 (438+0 1), the outstanding doctoral dissertation award of Jiangsu province in 2009 and the outstanding dissertation award of china alcoholic drinks association beer industry in 2008.

At present, he is a member of the Second National Fermentation Engineering Technical Working Committee and the editorial board of the international academic journal Food Research International (IF 3.050). He is also a peer reviewer of SCI journals such as Trends in Food Science and Technology, Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry, Journal of Food Chemistry, Journal of Food Engineering, European Food Research and Technology, International Journal of Food Science and Technology, and Journal of Brewing Society.
