First, click the Insert menu in the 20 19 menu bar.

Then click the shape drop-down button to insert the toolbar, and then click the icon of the straight line.

Then click the table, and the cell will be inserted into the diagonal heading.

Next, click the text drop-down button in the toolbar and select the menu item of the text box.
