1965 graduated from Nanjing institute of chemical technology majoring in silicate, and worked as a technician, technical section chief and chief engineer in porcelain factory successively. 1984 went abroad to provide aid, served the technical service of Nice Desert Rose Ceramics Company, and engaged in the thermal debugging and management of German imported kilns. 1985 returned to China and was transferred to the engineering department of Liling Ceramic Industry Design Institute, Hunan Province. In 1987, he was rated as a senior engineer, and he served as the dean and chief engineer in 19 198. He used to be the director of the ceramics branch of China Silicate Society. Many tunnel kiln, roller kiln, etc. Engaged in ceramic thermal design and debugging for many years, the firing quality and energy saving effect are remarkable. Among them, the tunnel kiln designed for Lin Ting Porcelain Factory in Shandong (one of the three energy-saving model kilns selected by China Ceramic Private Industry Association and China Energy-saving Porcelain Investment Company) passed the acceptance of China Light Industry Federation and Shandong Provincial Planning Commission, and published a monograph in the second issue of Ceramic Engineering in 1997. As early as April 1989, he and senior engineer Li Weishan co-authored the book "An Example of Introducing New Technology-Introducing a Modern Ceramic Factory", which was published by China Light Industry Press.
