Wu Xiande, male, Han nationality, born in September, 1969, from Fuqing, Fujian. 1991August joined the work,1990 joined the party in May. Central Party School holds an in-service university degree and a master's degree in agricultural extension. He is currently the Party Secretary and Director of Fujian Provincial Tourism Bureau.
