Brief introduction of Wu Meizhen
Wu Meizhen, 1988, graduated from Chinese Department of Anhui University, majoring in Chinese language and literature. She worked as a middle school Chinese teacher, periodical editor, deputy editor-in-chief and TV screenwriter. In early 2007, he was transferred to the Chinese Department of Anhui University as an associate professor and served as the director of the Children's Literature Innovation and Research Center of Anhui University. More than 60 children's literature works have been published in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan, enjoying high popularity among children readers all over the country, being called "Sister Sunshine" by young readers and "bringing a fresh wind to children's literature in China" by children's literature critics. His works have been on the national children's bestseller list for many times, and have been rated as "excellent inspirational novels for young people" by Hong Kong educators. He has won Bingxin Children's Book Award, Anhui Literature Award, Dandelion Children's Book Award of the Ministry of Culture, National Excellent Children's Literature Award of the General Administration of Press and Publication, and National Excellent Best-seller Award.
