Method/Step 2:
After opening PPT, this interface appears. Create a new PPT with a blank panel.
Method/Step 3:
Design background, generally in A4 paper format.
Select Design in the menu bar, set the slide size, select A4 paper as the paper size, and then select portrait.
Method/Step 4:
Select the design in the menu bar, click the rectangle in the shape, draw a rectangular box with the same size as the paper, and align it for color filling. The choice here is bright sky blue 40%.
Method/Step 5:
Select Insert in the design bar, insert your own photos and small icons just prepared, adjust the size of the icons, and typeset the icons and photos as you think fit. There is no need to be like others. (keep your own uniqueness)
Method/Step 6:
Then select the text box in the design bar and fill in the information prepared in the first step. The height of the text box should be the same, and it is enough to suggest 1cm. The effect after filling is shown in the figure.
Method/Step 7:
Finally, after filling in the personal information, combine the inserted text box with the picture. Ctrl multi-select, and then Ctrl+G shortcut key combination. I didn't fill in my information, just refer to it.
Matters needing attention
At the beginning, put the set of A4 paper at the bottom.
The output is saved in PDF format and will not be changed when printed.
Remember to combine the text box with the picture.
