In 2002, he graduated from the Law School of Renmin University of China with a doctorate in law. From 2002 to 2004, he was engaged in postdoctoral research in Wuhan University Law School. Since July 2004, the postdoctoral fellow has been teaching at Fudan University Law School. Public Law from the Perspective of Constitutionalism (Shanghai Sanlian Bookstore Press) won the third prize of the National Legal Research and Legal Textbook of the Ministry of Justice in 2009. Representative personal academic achievements include: Constitutional Significance of Personal Dignity (Law ResearchNo. 1 2007) and Relationship between Constitution and Civil Law in Constitutional Context (Law Review No.2, 2007); Public Law from the Constitutional Perspective. He presided over the humanities and social sciences fund project of the Ministry of Education and the legal theory and rule of law construction project of the Ministry of Justice.

He has devoted himself to the research on the basic theory of constitutional law for a long time, paying attention to the constitutional litigation system, the relationship between constitution and civil law, the basic rights in the absence of legislation, the conflict resolution rules of legal norms and other issues, and published more than 50 papers and 7 academic monographs in academic journals at home and abroad around the above issues. 20 12 was awarded the title of outstanding talents in the new century by the Ministry of Education. He is currently a member of the Constitutional Society of China, the Legislative Society of China and the Shanghai Law Society.
