There are no auction houses and no professional trainers. Fortunately, there are portals to eight big cities in the old world, where you can go back to buy and sell things and learn new skills.
Auchinton system is a big band and three small bands: Mana-tombs and AuchenaiCrypt are both 64-67, and the latter is more difficult. SethekkHalls is around 68. Shadow maze is one of the five copies of level 70. On the southeast mountain, there is a Shatas air force guard camp, which needs flying mounts to reach.
