Authoritative management magazines, as follows-
At the end of 2009, distinguished professor Ma Tieju of East China University of Science and Technology's paper "Coping with Uncertainty in Technology Learning" was hired by Management Science, and published online in the form of an article in advance before it was officially published. Management Science is recognized as one of the top management journals in the world. According to the search, this is the first time that this magazine has published academic papers with China scholars as the first author and Chinese mainland scientific research institutions and colleges as the first unit.
In this paper, Professor Ma Tieju uses a highly formal model inspired by the policy model of energy and climate change to explore and compare three stochastic optimization methods to deal with the uncertainty of technology learning, and obtains two original new viewpoints. Critics of management science fully affirmed the academic significance and value of their conclusions.
The publication of this paper has aroused great concern of domestic counterparts. After learning this, the leaders of the management department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China specially congratulated Professor Ma Tieju and learned about his scientific research work.
Professor Ma Tieju received his doctorate from JAIST (Japan Institute of Advanced Science and Technology) in 2003, and worked as a postdoctoral fellow in JAIST from 2003 to 2004. In 2005-2006, he was a researcher at IIASA (International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis in Vienna, Austria) and an assistant professor at JAIST in 2007-2008. In September 2008, she became the distinguished professor of our school. With the support of the school and business school, he set up a research team, and obtained the project support from the School Excellence Plan, Shanghai Shuguang Talent Plan, Shanghai Pujiang Talent Plan and the National Natural Science Foundation. Professor Ma Tieju's main research fields are technological innovation, knowledge system and evolution of energy technology system. Published 55 monographs and academic papers in well-known international journals and conferences.
