The Social Union Department of the Student Union is mainly responsible for the coordinated development of the work of all departments in the college. In addition, we should standardize institutional arrangements and supervise the community activities of our college.

The main task of the Social Welfare Department is to actively and gradually carry out the work when it is responsible for the work of various departments in the college.

For example, every year, the Students' Union organizes some activities, such as welcome party and graduation party. The performance of these activities may be displayed by the Ministry of Literature and Art and publicized by the Cultural Propaganda Department. The main duty of the Social Union Department is to bring these departments together to discuss how to make this party a success.

2. The Social Welfare Department should also observe the dynamics of its various departments at any time to understand the management systems and activities of each department. Then, if each department has needs and problems, it can also directly report them to the Social Welfare Department, such as lack of funds and manpower, so that everyone can sit together and coordinate.

3. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security also needs to approve some large-scale activity plans, such as how to run a graduation party well and whether this plan will work.

4. Finally, the people in the Social Union Department need to plan the main tasks of each semester reasonably and assign them to all departments. If there are large-scale activities, more supervision is needed. At the end of each semester, the reports of various departments are generally summarized by the social welfare department.
